Description

Custom flyers are still one of the fastest, most affordable ways to put your message straight into someone’s hand. A stack of full-color flyers works a grand opening, a weekend sale, a concert, an open house, or a church event — anywhere you need people to notice something now. We print flyers in-house on glossy stock so the color pops and the piece feels worth keeping.

Eight flyer sizes

From pocket-size handbills to full-page posters, pick the size that fits the job:

  • 4″ x 6″ and 5″ x 7″ — handbills and mailers, easy to pass out in volume.
  • 5.5″ x 8.5″ and 6″ x 6″ — half-sheet and square formats that stand out on a counter.
  • 8.5″ x 11″ and 9″ x 12″ — the classic full-page flyer for menus, schedules, and price lists.
  • 8.5″ x 14″ and 11″ x 17″ — oversized sheets for posters and detailed layouts.

Most sizes print vertical or horizontal, so your layout leads instead of fighting the format.

Paper and finish

Choose 80 Lb. Glossy Paper for a light, budget-friendly handout, 100 Lb. Glossy Paper for a heavier, more premium sheet, or 10 Pt. Glossy Cardstock when you want a rigid flyer that holds up on a counter or in the mail. Every option is full gloss for punchy, saturated color.

Print your flyers on one side or two

Print full color on the front only, or use both sides to add a map, a schedule, a menu, coupons, or fine print without crowding the front.

What you get

Order anywhere from 50 to 11,000 flyers. Standard production runs 2 to 4 business days, and rush printing brings it down to 2 business days when your event is close. Everything is printed in-house on our Konica AccurioPress production press in Morristown, Tennessee.

Before you pay, you will see a live proof of your flyer with the bleed, trim, and safe area drawn on top, so nothing important gets cut off. Designing from scratch? The Templates tab above has every flyer size ready in AI, INDD, PSD, PDF, and JPG.

Design Guide

For the best results, set up your file to these specifications before uploading. Following them helps ensure accurate cutting, correct color, and a clean, professional print.

Document Size and Bleed

Build your file at the size you selected, then extend your background 0.0625″ past the trim on every side (the bleed) so no white edge shows after cutting, and keep all text and logos at least 0.0625″ inside the trim (the safe area). These margins are the same for every flyer size.

The easiest way to get this right is to start from our templates, which already have the correct guides drawn in for each size.

Image Quality

Create or place all images and graphics at a minimum of 350 DPI at final print size. Low-resolution artwork looks soft or pixelated once printed, and enlarging a small image will not add detail back. This is especially important on larger flyer sizes.

Color Mode

Design in CMYK, the standard color format for commercial printing. Files built in RGB will be converted for print, and bright blues, greens, and neons can shift noticeably. Converting them yourself lets you see and correct those shifts before you order.

Color Profile

Use GRACoL2006_Coated1v2.icc. This is the profile our press is calibrated to, and designing in it is the closest you can get to seeing your printed result on screen before it is printed. Set it under Edit > Color Settings > CMYK in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and keep it assigned when you export.

Blacks

For large solid black areas, use C60 M40 Y40 K100. Black on its own (K100) is semi-transparent and looks washed out across a big fill. For small text, thin lines, and fine details, use plain K100 instead, since rich black on small elements can cause colored fringing. This matters on flyers, which often pair large solid color blocks with smaller body text and fine print.

Fonts

Convert all text to outlines before saving, or embed the fonts in your PDF. A font we do not have installed will be substituted, and your layout will change.

Accepted File Formats

We support PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, TIFF, JPG, PNG, BMP, and GIF. Whenever possible, submit a print-ready PDF — it preserves your fonts, layout, and color settings better than any other format.

File Size Limit

Uploaded files must be 75 MB or smaller. If your file is larger, contact us and we will set up an alternative transfer method.

Start From a Template

The easiest path is to skip the setup entirely. The Templates tab above has every flyer size ready to download in AI, INDD, PSD, PDF, and JPG, with the bleed, trim, and safe area already drawn in.

File Review and Proof

After you upload, you will see a live proof of your flyer with the bleed, trim, and safe area drawn on top — review it before you pay. Your file also goes through a brief pre-production check to confirm dimensions, bleed, and resolution. If we spot anything that could affect the print, we will reach out before moving forward.

Before You Submit

Files that are not set up to spec can delay production. Double-check your document size, bleed, resolution, and color mode before uploading, and when in doubt, start from a template.

FAQ
What sizes do your flyers come in?

Eight sizes: 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 5.5" x 8.5", 6" x 6", 8.5" x 11", 8.5" x 14", 9" x 12", and 11" x 17". Most print vertical or horizontal, so you can match the flyer to your layout.

Which paper should I choose for flyers?

Pick 80 Lb. Glossy Paper for a light, cost-effective handout, 100 Lb. Glossy Paper for a heavier premium feel, or 10 Pt. Glossy Cardstock for a rigid flyer that stands up on a counter or survives the mail. All three are full gloss for saturated color.

Can I print flyers on both sides?

Yes. Choose Full Color Both Sides to use the back for a map, schedule, menu, coupons, or fine print, or Full Color Front for a single-sided flyer.

What are flyers good for?

Flyers are ideal for grand openings, sales and promotions, concerts and events, real estate open houses, restaurant menus and specials, gym and studio promos, and church or community announcements — any time you need to hand someone your message directly.

How fast can I get flyers printed?

Standard production takes 2 to 4 business days, and rush printing brings it down to 2 business days when your event is close. Shipping time is added on top and depends on your delivery address.

What is the minimum flyer order?

You can order from 50 flyers up to 11,000 in a single run, so the same product works for a small local promo or a large campaign.

Do you offer free flyer templates?

Yes. Every flyer size, in both vertical and horizontal layouts, has a free downloadable template with the bleed, trim, and safe area already drawn in. Each one comes in AI, INDD, PSD, PDF, and JPG, so your file is print-ready the first time. Download them from the Templates tab above.
