Description

Sticker sheets let you print a whole set of stickers on a single page instead of ordering them one by one. Every sheet is kiss-cut, which means the cutter goes through the sticker but not the backing behind it. Your stickers stay in place until someone peels them off, one at a time. The sheets stack flat, store like paper, and travel without curling.

Two ways to build your sheet

Basic Shapes — pick a rectangular sticker size and we fill the letter-size sheet for you. The smaller the sticker, the more you get per sheet:

  • 2.685″ x 1″ — 30 stickers per sheet
  • 3.5″ x 2″ — 12 stickers per sheet
  • 4″ x 2″ — 10 stickers per sheet
  • 4″ x 3.33″ — 6 stickers per sheet
  • 5″ x 4″ — 4 stickers per sheet

Every Basic Shapes order prints on a standard 8.5″ x 11″ sheet, so the count is predictable and easy to hand-count as you apply them.

Custom Shapes — you choose the sheet size and design whatever shapes you want inside it. Circles, die-cut logos, mascots, irregular outlines, or a mix of all of them on one sheet. Sheet sizes available: 3.5″ x 8″, 4″ x 6″, 5.5″ x 8.5″, and 8.5″ x 11″.

Materials

Basic Shapes print on Gloss White Paper or Matte White Paper — both are best for indoor use and take permanent marker well. Custom Shapes add two weatherproof options, Gloss White Outdoor Vinyl and Matte White Outdoor Vinyl, for anything that will meet water, sunlight, or a cooler.

What you get

Print in full color on the front, or on both sides. Order anywhere from 25 to 4,000 sheets. Production takes 4 to 6 business days, and everything is printed in-house on our Konica AccurioPress production press right here in Morristown, Tennessee.

Before you pay, you will see a live proof of your artwork with the bleed, trim, and safe area drawn on top of it, so you know exactly what will and will not survive the cut. And if you want to design from scratch, the Templates tab above has every size ready to download in AI, INDD, PSD, PDF, and JPG.

What people print on sticker sheets

Return address and mailing labels, product and packaging labels, jar and bottle labels for small-batch food, envelope seals, price tags, planner and journal sticker sets, kids’ reward stickers, brand sticker packs for orders and events, and QR code stickers for menus and storefronts.

Design Guide

Set up your file to these specifications before uploading. Following them ensures accurate cutting, correct color, and a clean print.

Document Size and Bleed

Build your file at the size you selected, then extend your background 0.05 inches past the trim on every side. That extra space is the bleed, and it lets background colors and images run all the way to the edge once the sheet is cut.

Keep all text, logos, and anything you cannot afford to lose at least 0.05 inches inside the trim line. That inner margin is the safe area.

Note: sticker sheets use a tighter bleed and safe margin than most of our other products, because they are cut on a contour plotter rather than a guillotine.

Cut Lines: We Handle Them

You do not need to draw cut lines. Upload your artwork and our production team generates the cut path for you. No Illustrator experience required.

Every sheet we print is kiss-cut: the blade cuts the sticker material but not the backing behind it, so your stickers stay on the sheet until they are peeled off one at a time.

If you would rather control the cut yourself, you can. Send an Illustrator (.ai) file with your own cut layers and we will follow them exactly:

  • Kiss Cut layer — the outline of the sticker itself, the shape that peels off the backing. Stroke set to 100% magenta, fill set to none.
  • Through Cut layer — the outermost cut line, offset outside the kiss cut. Stroke set to 100% cyan, fill set to none.
  • Save the file with all layers visible and clearly named.

Image Quality

Create or place all images and graphics at a minimum of 350 DPI at final print size. Low-resolution artwork will look soft or pixelated once printed, and enlarging a small image will not add detail back.

Color Mode

Build your file in CMYK, not RGB. Screens display color in RGB; presses print in CMYK. If you send an RGB file it will be converted, and bright blues, greens, and neons will shift noticeably. Converting it yourself lets you see and correct those shifts before you order, instead of being surprised by them after.

Color Profile

Use GRACoL2006_Coated1v2.icc. This is the profile our press is calibrated to, and designing in it is the closest you can get to seeing your printed result on screen before it is printed.

Set it in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign under Edit > Color Settings > CMYK, and keep it assigned when you export your PDF or JPG.

Blacks

For large solid black areas, use C60 M40 Y40 K100. Black on its own (K100) is semi-transparent and will look washed out or gray across a large fill. Adding the other three inks underneath blocks the paper and gives you a deep, neutral black.

For small text, thin lines, and fine details, use plain K100 instead. Rich black on small elements can produce colored fringing around the edges.

Never use C100 M100 Y100 K100 (registration black). It exists only for press marks and will oversaturate the sheet.

Fonts

Convert all text to outlines before saving, or embed the fonts in your PDF. A font we do not have installed will be substituted, and your layout will change.

Accepted File Formats

We support PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, TIFF, JPG, PNG, BMP, and GIF. Whenever possible, submit a print-ready PDF — it preserves your fonts, layout, and color settings better than any other format.

File Size Limit

Uploaded files must be 75 MB or smaller. If your file is larger, contact us and we will set up an alternative transfer method.

Start From a Template

The easiest path is to skip the setup entirely. The Templates tab above has every size ready to download in AI, INDD, PSD, PDF, and JPG, with the bleed, trim, and safe area already drawn in.

File Review and Proof

After you upload, you will see a live proof of your artwork with the bleed, trim, and safe area drawn on top of it — review it before you pay. Your file also goes through a brief pre-production check to confirm dimensions, bleed, and resolution. If we spot anything that could affect the print, we will reach out before moving forward.

Before You Submit

Files that are not set up to spec can delay production. Double-check your document size, bleed, resolution, and color mode before uploading, and when in doubt, start from a template.

FAQ
What is a kiss-cut sticker sheet?

A kiss-cut sheet is cut through the sticker material only, not through the backing sheet behind it. The stickers stay on the sheet until you peel them off one at a time, which is what lets you stack the sheets flat and hand them out or apply them individually.

How many stickers fit on one sheet?

With Basic Shapes it depends on the sticker size you choose: 30 stickers at 2.685" x 1", 12 at 3.5" x 2", 10 at 4" x 2", 6 at 4" x 3.33", and 4 at 5" x 4". With Custom Shapes it depends on how many designs you fit inside the sheet size you pick.

Do I need to add cut lines to my file?

No. Upload your artwork and our production team creates the cut path for you. If you prefer to control it yourself, you can send an Illustrator file with your own kiss-cut and through-cut layers and we will follow them.

Can I put different designs on the same sheet?

Yes. With Custom Shapes you control the full sheet layout, so you can place several different designs, shapes, and sizes on a single sheet.

Are sticker sheets waterproof?

The paper materials are made for indoor use. If your stickers will be exposed to water, sunlight, or refrigeration, choose one of the outdoor vinyl materials, available with Custom Shapes.

How long does printing take?

Sticker sheets take 4 to 6 business days in production. Shipping time is added on top of that and depends on your delivery address.

Do you offer free sticker sheet templates?

Yes. Every sheet size and shape option has a free downloadable sticker sheet template with the cut area, bleed, and safe zone already drawn in. Each one comes in AI, INDD, PSD, PDF, and JPG, so your file is set up correctly the first time. Download them from the Templates tab above.
